1. Services Provided

SpanishClasses.ca provides online Spanish language instruction through scheduled lessons. All classes are currently held online via video conferencing platforms. In-person options may be introduced in the future.

Bookings can be made through:

• Our Calendly booking system, or
  
• The contact form available on the website
  
  

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice or liability.

2. Eligibility

By using this site and booking services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18),
  
• You will provide accurate and complete information when booking,
  
• You are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
  
  

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All lesson bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via Calendly or email correspondence after using the contact form.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.
  
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full rate or be non-refundable, at our discretion.

4. Payments

If payment is required for your lesson:

• Payment must be made in advance or as agreed upon at the time of booking.
  
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
  
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with or without notice.
  
  

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered at our discretion and typically only in cases where:

• A class is cancelled by us,
  
• A payment was made in error, or
  
• Exceptional circumstances apply.
  
  

We are not obligated to issue refunds for missed or cancelled sessions outside our stated policies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms, including:

• Calendly (for booking),
  
• Google Analytics and Tag Manager (for site performance tracking),
  
• Webflow (for website hosting)
  
  

You acknowledge that your interaction with these services is also governed by their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SpanishClasses.ca — including text, branding, images, and educational materials — is the property of SpanishClasses.ca or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
